When using the Article button, the window only becomes available after selecting a customer. Until now, this window showed a list of all sub-orders or calculations previously created for that customer, allowing you to select one and recreate the corresponding subline in the calculation or order.
From version 6102r3 onward, this window is expanded with an additional Products tab. This tab displays the same product search view as used under Product/Preprint. The filter applied here is: all products marked as production items (not call-off products) and all products linked to the customer of the quote or order, including products of related customers in “use stock of this customer” relationships.
Selecting a product and confirming with Enter activates the associated standard. In the first field of the checklist, the description from the product is used.
Pricing follows a clear cascade. If the product has a sales price, that price is used. If the product price is zero, MultiPress uses the standard. If a price agreement is linked to that standard, the price agreement is applied. If not, the calculated price of the standard is used. Underlying cost prices always come from the standard.
This ensures internal users start from the same product list that is also available in the B2B portal, providing a customer-specific product set.
More precise time calculation for small runs
In version 6102r3, time values for additional finishing operations can now be used with three decimals by default. Previously, these values were rounded to two decimals during calculation, which made the result less accurate for small production runs. You could correct this manually by re-entering three decimals, after which the calculation was correct again.
This improvement ensures that three-decimal precision is retained automatically, allowing more detailed and reliable cost calculations, especially for smaller quantities.
Small fixes and improvements
Barcode time tracking – print sheet entry corrected
When performing time registration through the /barcode endpoint and using print sheet registration, the job ticket was not created when a specific operation was selected in the header. When the header was set to “All”, the job ticket was created correctly. This behaviour has now been fixed so the job ticket is generated in all situations.
Improvements have been made to the price calculation logic when using leftover material optimisation in large format jobs.
Saved search filters – alphabetical sorting restored
In versions 6102 to 6102r2, saved search filters in the Orders search window were no longer shown in alphabetical order but in creation order. This behaviour appeared after the introduction of Super Search. The sorting logic has now been restored so saved filters are listed alphabetically again.
