What's new in version 6.1.02r3

Stock management

EUDR proof

Starting from version 6102r3, MultiPress offers EUDR compliance for our MultiPress customers. More details on the functionality and its practical use can be found here:  From EUDR challenge to advantage with MultiPress

Supplier integrations

Antalis supplier linking expanded

For users who work with multiple Antalis country branches, version 6102r3 now allows defining two separate Antalis accounts. This makes it possible to link MultiPress with, for example, Antalis BE and Antalis FR, which was not supported before.

Wizard

Wizard product visibility by customer

In version 6102r3, wizard products gain an additional control layer through a new information button. This button becomes active only when either “Not visible on the internet” or “Do not show on wizard” is enabled. When active, the button allows selecting specific customers who are permitted to use the wizard.
Pressing the button opens an included layout where you can search for a customer. After selecting one, the customer number and name are added to the list. If customer 852 is in this list, the wizard product becomes selectable only when the calculation or order is created for that same customer. When the customer field is empty, these wizards remain hidden. All other wizards not linked to specific customers remain fully visible.
The same logic applies to the B2B portal. If a user is logged in under a customer account linked to the wizard, the wizard is available. Otherwise, it is not. When at least one customer is linked, the information button is shown in red.

History Logs

When information is updated in a print sheet, the related job now shows the changed value in the corresponding field. As of version 6102r3, the print part is also displayed, making it easier to identify which specific sheet was modified.

Financial Export

Accounting export timestamp added

The master file used for exporting invoices to accounting software now includes a top-level timestamp. This addition was required to ensure compliance for other European countries, such as Croatia.

Jobs and Calculations

Product selection added to the article window

When using the Article button, the window only becomes available after selecting a customer. Until now, this window showed a list of all sub-orders or calculations previously created for that customer, allowing you to select one and recreate the corresponding subline in the calculation or order.

From version 6102r3 onward, this window is expanded with an additional Products tab. This tab displays the same product search view as used under Product/Preprint. The filter applied here is: all products marked as production items (not call-off products) and all products linked to the customer of the quote or order, including products of related customers in “use stock of this customer” relationships.

Selecting a product and confirming with Enter activates the associated standard. In the first field of the checklist, the description from the product is used.

Pricing follows a clear cascade. If the product has a sales price, that price is used. If the product price is zero, MultiPress uses the standard. If a price agreement is linked to that standard, the price agreement is applied. If not, the calculated price of the standard is used. Underlying cost prices always come from the standard.

This ensures internal users start from the same product list that is also available in the B2B portal, providing a customer-specific product set.

More precise time calculation for small runs

In version 6102r3, time values for additional finishing operations can now be used with three decimals by default. Previously, these values were rounded to two decimals during calculation, which made the result less accurate for small production runs. You could correct this manually by re-entering three decimals, after which the calculation was correct again.

This improvement ensures that three-decimal precision is retained automatically, allowing more detailed and reliable cost calculations, especially for smaller quantities.

Small fixes and improvements

Barcode time tracking – print sheet entry corrected

When performing time registration through the /barcode endpoint and using print sheet registration, the job ticket was not created when a specific operation was selected in the header. When the header was set to “All”, the job ticket was created correctly. This behaviour has now been fixed so the job ticket is generated in all situations.

Large format – leftover material optimisation improved

Improvements have been made to the price calculation logic when using leftover material optimisation in large format jobs.

Saved search filters – alphabetical sorting restored

In versions 6102 to 6102r2, saved search filters in the Orders search window were no longer shown in alphabetical order but in creation order. This behaviour appeared after the introduction of Super Search. The sorting logic has now been restored so saved filters are listed alphabetically again.

Minor adjustments

This release includes several minor fixes and improvements.
