General

Clearing screen coordinates via menu

In addition to the existing shortcut to reset screen coordinates after modification, you can now also clear these coordinates directly from the top menu bar.
Since the shortcut was only available on the login screen, which is not shown to users with SSO, this menu option now provides a solution.

Calculations

New calculation method for leftover material in Large Format digital

In version 6101r1, a new calculation method has been added to Large Format digital: Optimize leftover material.

Key changes in version 6101r1

  1. This option is only available for plano.
  2. The checkbox for Optimize leftover material becomes visible only when the option With net is activated.
  3. In addition to the existing calculation options Without net and With net, there is now a third variant available: Optimize leftover material.
  4. This method determines the minimum block size against which the model is charged, based on the following logic:
    1. If the model width is less than or equal to half of the sheet width, it is rounded up to half a sheet width.
    2. If the model width is greater than half, it is rounded up to the full sheet width.
    3. The same logic applies for the height: less than or equal to half → half sheet height; greater than half → full sheet height.
    4. The final cost is calculated based on this “optimization block”.

Examples (material 1000 × 2050 mm, cost 10.00 EUR per sheet)

  1. Model 300 × 300 mm
    1. Without net: 10.00 EUR
    2. With net: 0.44 EUR
    3. Optimize leftover material: 2.50 EUR
  2. Model 520 × 300 mm
    1. Without net: 10.00 EUR
    2. With net: 0.76 EUR
    3. Optimize leftover material: 5.00 EUR
  3. Model 300 × 1020 mm
    1. Without net: 10.00 EUR
    2. With net: 1.49 EUR
    3. Optimize leftover material: 2.50 EUR
  4. Model 550 × 1050 mm
    1. Without net: 10.00 EUR
    2. With net: 2.82 EUR
    3. Optimize leftover material: 10.00 EUR

Jobs

Display the name of the linked PDF on the job ticket

There is a structure available on the job ticket that neatly shows the objects, versions, and (when assigned) also a thumbnail. This has now been extended so that the name (or names, if multiple PDFs are linked) of the PDF is also displayed.

Delivery notes

Calculation button for weight in partial deliveries

When creating a delivery note and choosing not to deliver the full quantity, a calculation button is now available to calculate the weight based on the entered quantity.
This button works in the same way as the one already available in the delivery address of an order.

Shipping planning

Order references also sent to Bumbal

Order references are now also transferred to Bumbal, making it easier for the end customer to identify which job it concerns.
Notes
These references are not visible in the Bumbal interface, but they can be used on documents and emails. (This applies to the “description” field in the Bumbal call)

Change in Transsmart for FedEx

As part of the integration with FedEx, we have added the service NON-DOCS at the main level of the connection.

Reminders

Include division information on reminders

Just like with invoices, you can now use an OB Get to include division information on reminders.
