Calculations, Jobs and Delivery Forms

Format division in folder calculation for packaging

When calculating folded items, you can now indicate in the finishing calculation method that the X and/or Y format should be divided to fill in the format in the packaging module. This is necessary because a folded item is packaged in its folded state, yet the open (unfolded) format must be entered on the print sheet.

Unit weight of outsourced work in wizard calculation

When a printed item has a very low weight and outsourced work pricing agreements are based on weight, these costs were not being calculated when using the wizard. This has now been corrected.

Updating a rate sheet for outsourced work in a standard

When a standard contains a rate sheet for outsourced work and a change is made to the base rate sheet (e.g., a price increase), this was not automatically reflected in the standard. It is now possible to update the standard via the shortcut for updating standards (Ctrl+Shift+T).

MyParcel track & trace click-through on delivery notes

For shipments registered via MyParcel, you can now click through directly from the shipment number to the track & trace link of the shipment.

Production and Expedition Planning

Zund cutting on a combination job

The Zund cutting calculation previously only took into account the perimeter of the print sheet. It now evaluates each individual component placed on the print sheet separately.

Reservations, Purchasing and Stock Materials

Order reference adjustments for print.com

Following user feedback, the interface has been updated to more clearly indicate which order references appear in which fields within the print.com interface. Note: print.com is planning a further interface update later this year.
When configuring a customer product to generate a production order, you can now use a wizard — in addition to a standard or article — to create the production order. This functionality is available on the Attributes tab.

Invoicing

Intermediate invoicing screen on delivery note

When invoicing at delivery note level, the intermediate screen now displays more details, making it easier to determine whether you are processing a partial invoice or a final invoice (full quantities).

Cash discount and Peppol

Particularly for Belgian customers, the Peppol structure has been updated to prevent issues with cash discount processing.

ZUGFeRD structure adjustment

The unit code for the quantity of products in ZUGFeRD was set to C62. For the graphic arts industry, H87 is the more appropriate code. This has been updated accordingly.

Internet

Image naming in the MultiPress App

Images in the MultiPress App are now named according to the following structure: order number_delivery note number_description_number.

API

REST archiving of quotations

It is now possible to archive a quotation via the API, including specifying the reason for archiving.

Multiflow

FlowmAIte in Multiflow

Using AI prompting, unstructured data can now be read in and converted into structured data via this component.

Sending JDF from Multiflow

It is now possible to trigger an action from Multiflow to send a JDF to a specified output channel.
