Calculations

Automatic handling of scaling factor in wizard

When importing a PDF file via the wizard, any scaling factor present in the file is now automatically taken into account. This ensures that the correct dimensions are filled in, based on the actual size of the content.

Jobs

Import delivery addresses directly into the order

Until now, delivery addresses could only be imported into an order using the import button, provided the list was already prepared in the “Addresses” module. As of this version, it is possible to import delivery addresses directly into the order without requiring a predefined list in the “Addresses” module.

Lamination added to the combination module

Lamination can now be included in the finishing tab of a combination job, linked to one or more print sheet lines.
Just like other finishing options, the lamination cost will be distributed across the print lines based on their proportional print area usage.

Preferred layout from delivery address relation

If the delivery address has a different relation than the main order relation, and that relation has a specific layout set for the delivery note, this layout will now take priority when generating the delivery note.

Shipping

Preselection by shipping method

When using the selection button at the top of the screen, you can now enter a value in the “Shipping method” field to prefilter the list of delivery addresses. This allows you to narrow down the list to, for example, only UPS deliveries—regardless of whether it’s UPS Express or standard.

MultiPress Cloud

File upload and preflight in the cloud

If the Control Cockpit is enabled, you can now upload and check PDF files directly in the cloud version. A light check instantly verifies the PDF against the data in the job. Additionally, you can run advanced preflight profiles using PDF Toolbox for more in-depth checks.
