Relationships

Peppol identifier in a different location

To correctly identify clients, we have now implemented a new approach. Where we previously used the VAT number or the Chamber of Commerce number (for Dutch government institutions), we can now enter the Peppol identifier via two new fields under an info button.
For a VAT number, use the 'VAT' schema (e.g., BE:VAT, NL:VAT), but some countries require a specific identifier (such as SE:ORGNR for Sweden).
This adjustment provides more flexibility and ensures that the VAT field is used exclusively for its intended purpose.

Salesperson in activities not a free field

The 'Salesperson' field in Activities is no longer a free-entry field. You can only select employees who are actually created in the database.

Messages

View of cc-recipients in mail

When you import an external email into MultiPress, you can now also see if anyone was in cc on the email.

Internet (General menu)

Checkbox “files in order” linked to file

When you process an internet buffer line with a file, the file is neatly placed into the folder structure. In this version, the “files in order” checkbox is also automatically activated in this case.
Info
This also applies to jobs that come in via Multiflow or the API. If you process multiple suborders, all lines must have files present.

Calculations

Large format finishing length also per part

When choosing to work per meter in large format finishing, you can now set it to be calculated per part. This way, if a banner consists of multiple parts, the number of meters per part will be added in the finishing.
Additionally, you can indicate in the settings to calculate one part less, which is useful for tasks like welding together a banner made up of multiple parts.

Calculation method large format one level deeper

In this version, the calculation method for large format has been placed one level deeper, allowing you to set it per subtype. This avoids the need to create extra processing specifically for this purpose.

Large format finishing speed based on size

In large format finishing, two tables have been added allowing you to set a speed surcharge based on roll width or corner size (sum of length and width).
These fields (roll/sheet and size) have also been added to the interface, allowing for manual entry when the finishing is not linked to a print sheet.

Search by color in large format materials

In the calculation, you can now use the search button to specifically search by color to find the desired material from the large format module.

Order administration

Prescoring schema on the cutting sheet

The cutting sheet now offers the option to visually display the prescoring on the document.
Info
Contact support for adjustments to your document.

View of contour color in the job

When you open a PDF via the PDF button, you will see in a specific column if a cut color is provided in the PDF. You can set these colors in the basic rates and mark them as a cut line (the same option applies to score lines).

You can also specify alternative color names. When an alternative is detected in the PDF, a dot appears instead of a cross. If the setting is enabled for conversion, MultiPress will automatically change the name of the alternative color to the real cut color after pressing the test button.

Combination orders

Varnish more visible during order selection

When combining orders, it’s important to see which orders contain varnish. This parameter is now displayed with the print colors and remains visible after selecting the order.

Planning

Extra color in “files in order” status light

The “files in order” status light now performs an additional check based on fields in the workflow tab in an order. The colors now mean the following:
  1. Red: no files
  2. Orange: files in (checkbox)
  3. Green: files ready (approved)

Delivery notes

Shipment value now included

When registering shipments via Transsmart, the shipment value is now included, essential for shipments outside the EU.

Import external transport costs

Transport costs received based on a delivery note number can now be imported and linked to the post-calculation of an order (if this order is on the delivery note).

This import requires a tab-separated text file with columns for delivery note and price. This function is located at the bottom of the delivery notes screen via an import button. The entered amount is then distributed across the sublines of the delivery note.

After a successful import, the file is deleted. If a record is locked, it is rewritten to the file. If a delivery note number does not exist, a notification will appear.

Inventory

Inventory evolution now also visual in inventory card

The visual representation of an article’s inventory, as available in the purchase module, is now also displayed on the inventory card itself. From this version, this view is available in the inventory card, the purchase module, and, since the previous version, also in planning.

Time registration

Multiple job sheets also available

In production environments, you can display the job sheet in different interfaces; this is set per browser via the settings. From this version, it is also possible to display the multiple job sheets in the interface.

Checkbox memory in packaging interface

Under the ‘Packaging’ button in the registration license, you can indicate whether you want to see all delivery addresses for jobs with the same reference or all jobs that are part of the same project. From this version, MultiPress remembers this setting, so you don’t have to set it each time.

Management

Copy forecast with % increase

It is now possible to copy the forecast from the previous year and then increase the sub-forecasts per period by a percentage.

Settings

Order administration

Fill in size for third-party work without production via wizard

When you create an order via the wizard and specify no production, the size will be filled in automatically when selecting a finishing line with third-party work based on square meter pricing.

Send impose via template without imposition

A new setting has been added that allows you, with a "template" type link (supplier's own structure), to send a job from the impose module without creating an imposition. In this case, the single files are sent.
For multiple versions, one PDF and one file (as set in the type, for example, XML or CSV) are also neatly split per version and sent.

Automatic actions

Extra setting for automatic action reports

A new setting has been added that allows you to specify that reports are only generated automatically during the week and within working hours.

Internet

Cloud license expanded with mail function

From this version, it is possible to send quotes via the cloud license. You can choose a template and adjust the content of the email.
Info
The quote preview is not yet customizable.

API

Change REST capacity in planning via API

It is now possible to use the API to influence and adjust the capacity of a specific planning location on a particular day.

Freeswit added to HandleDetailInfo

The Freeswit parameter has now also been added to the API call HandleDetailInfo.

MultiFlow

Action Print expanded with suborder ID

It is now possible to specify the suborder ID in Action Print. This allows you to use a query in an order with multiple suborders to determine which suborders you want to print or not.

Extra import format .csv in the input folder

It is now possible to import .csv files to read data in the flow.
Alert
Numbers are always read as strings and must be converted. Also, avoid commas in the text to prevent issues.
