You can create kits from multiple subcalculations or orders by pressing the "Kit" button. This button will be active if you have the "Addresses" module.
A matrix structure will open where you can place quantities for addresses and products. In a calculation, you do this based on fictitious delivery address quantities. For an order, you can import a list from the Addresses module.
After performing this action, an extra subline is created in which the matrix is stored. In this line, an additional "Weight" line will also be added under the "Finishing" tab, showing the total of the subweights, allowing you to calculate the transport perfectly.
At the order level, the kit matrix will also determine what appears on the "Delivery Addresses" tab, with the contents of a kit in the "Extra Info" field. This information is also available under the "Packaging" button in the MultiPress registration tools, so that a packer knows exactly how to assemble the kit.
Integration with Print.com
In this version, there is an integration with Print.com. Through a group connection and using a token from Print.com, you can now complete the calculation in the webshop within MultiPress via third-party work. You also have the option to forward the order and attach a PDF file, which is retrieved from the folder structure.
The Ability to Import a Basic “Stock Quantity” File
Some customers currently manage their stock via an Excel sheet. At the start (go-live), they want to import these data into MultiPress. This feature is available for export but not yet for import. It is also possible to import warehouse data. The import can only be performed with project guidance.
Calculation
Including Flaps in the Packaging Calculation for Fold-Out Sheets
When using a fold-out sheet in the calculation (e.g., a tri-fold), we will also include the flaps when calculating the thickness for packaging purposes.
Multiple Versions within Multiple Die-Cuts
When a die-cut is positioned multiple times on a single print sheet, we can distribute different versions across the various die-cuts starting from this version.
Universal European Antalis Integration
The former Antalis BE and Antalis NL integrations have now been modified to create a single integration for various European countries. This will serve as the foundation for further European expansion.
From this version onwards, French customers can also access the catalog and place orders.
Only the endpoints are different:
Notification upon Archiving a Quote
The API can perfectly send a notification for every status change of a quote. However, when we "archive" a quote and provide a reason why we did not secure the quote, this did not happen. In this version, we have created a fixed "Archive" status, consistent with the orders, and now the API sends a notification as well.
Basic rates
Public Holidays via an API for All Countries
We have introduced a new API call that allows you to easily retrieve the public holidays of all countries based on the country code.
Job Administration
Repeat Wizard via File Now Also Remembers Settings
In previous versions, there was already a repeat button, but it did not support filling based on a file. In the new version, settings are now remembered when you change the number of pages via the “fill” button on the file tab. Only a new product will be searched.
We are introducing an hourly interface to be used with the Graph button in an order during scheduling. This will provide a better overview of what has already been scheduled and allow for adjustments based on current occupancy. Changes will automatically update in the list, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.
By default, only the operations within the order are shown. A checkbox allows the screen to be expanded to include alternative presses.
This same interface will also be used in the planning itself (flowchart for one order and the scheduling of multiple orders).
Improved Shipping Date Determination in Delivery Addresses
The determination of the shipping date could sometimes go wrong due to holidays. We have now standardized this throughout the entire program.
Repeat Function in Wizard Also with Files
When entering multiple products consecutively in the wizard, you can use the "Repeat" button to retain the specifications. This way, you can quickly create products with several identical components, such as displays.
Now, these specifications are also remembered when working with files and needing to repeatedly return to the "Files" tab to select different files.
No Call-Off Orders for Non-Customers
Previously, the system allowed you to create a call-off order for a relationship defined as a prospect. This is no longer possible.
Sending a Proofsheet via Progress Control
From the control cockpit, we can send a proofsheet based on the Proof Guidance module, displaying the image on a sheet with order information. We do not need Callas for this; the sheet is created with PDF Lib (additional Proofing folder in the Web2Print directory).
You can create this sheet in a basic form, but you can also generate a version specific to a particular customer using the customer number.
The sheet is saved in the order's folder structure. For this, we have created a new tag: "ProofSheets=true".
Field for Type of Print Sheet Added for Die-Cutting
A field for the type of print sheet is added for die-cutting. This allows you to create multiple planning sheets if you have multiple die-cuttings in an order.
If the print sheet contains multiple identical die shapes, we assume it is always cut first and we fill the number of sheets with the number of die shapes. The number of copies is then filled with the number on the die shape.
If there is no die shape, we take the number of copies from the imposition. We do not pre-cut; we work with whole sheets.
The dropdown list will be created as in large format to choose the print sheet and made visible in the overview list.
An extra finishing line “weight” is added to summarize or adjust the weight of a kit. This is for the new kit feature, allowing us to calculate the shipping costs of a kit based on the correct weight.
Multiple Layouts Possible for Print Sheet Splitting
We have made it possible to use multiple layouts for print sheet splitting. This development arose because some companies use print sheet splitting as a plate template for offset or rotation printing. This layout is not suitable when dealing with a digital print sheet.
Fold-Out Sheets Now Use Spread Type
This is important if you want to automate tasks such as creating a tri-fold, including finishing.
Post-calculation
Show Kit Contents under the Pack Button on a Job Ticket
When you click the pack button and hover your mouse over the line, you will see this extra information in the web-based barcode license.
Projects
Calculations with 1 Subline Can Become a Project
To ensure a consistent workflow for companies using the "Projects" module, we have made it possible to always create a project when converting a calculation to an order, even if the calculation has only one subcalculation.
File Uploader at Project Level
Create a file uploader at the project level. This will provide an overview of all components at the lowest level (version), allowing you to easily attach the correct PDF to the appropriate component. This ensures the assignment of the PDF and generates thumbnails at the order level.
Combined Jobs
Restrict Rotation Angle when Sending to Workflower
Based on the specified grain direction at the model level, we can restrict the angles at which Workflower can create a nested solution. For LL, we only use 90 and 270 degrees, and for BL, we use 0 and 180 degrees.
(If the grain direction is left blank, Workflower uses all four angles.)

Workflower uses a maximum of four angles.
Planning
Controlling Planning Indicators On or Off
A fourth tab is added to each planning location in the basic rates planning screen. This tab shows, per department, which indicators are enabled by default.
Users can disable these indicators here, allowing them to decide which indicators to display in the planning. After conversion, the indicators are assigned a position number from 1 to 7, which can also be adjusted per planning department.
In the mouseover of the planning sheet, we have now added the square meters in the "Extra Info" field. This field is also visible in the production license, allowing you to estimate whether it's a large or small job from the list.
List of Non-Productive Operations for Fixed Planning Sheets
When creating a fixed planning sheet, the list of non-productive operations is displayed in a dropdown list.
Change Indicator Light Activated Only After Scheduling
A significant change in a job, such as an increase in print run, will cause the indicator light in the planning to turn red only if these changes are made after the job has been scheduled.
In a previous version, these changes were still included in the trigger for the indicator light.
Mouseover Displays Start and End Time
When you hover the mouse over the time in the planning, it will show you the theoretical start and end times for the job.
Option to Consider Already Scheduled Orders When Planning Ahead
There is now an option to consider already scheduled orders when planning ahead. This can be enabled by checking a box in the order planning window. This feature has also been added to the connector and Multiflow.
Planning Calculation Method Adjustable per Job
An additional dropdown list has been added to the "Planning" tab of an order. This allows you to change the default setting and decide to plan the job in a different way.
Finance
Expansion of multipress.xml for Electronic Invoicing
The multipress.xml generated during electronic invoicing is now expanded to include the quotation number and the main job description.
Order Note Also Displayed During Delivery Note Invoicing
When you enter a note in the "Invoicing" tab of an order, it appears when you select this order for invoicing. However, this was not the case when invoicing based on a delivery note for this order.
Now, notes are also displayed during invoicing based on a delivery note, even when multiple orders are on one delivery note.
Dashboard
Displaying Dashboard Usage Frequency
We display in an additional column how often a particular dashboard is used in the menu structure. When you hover the mouse over the number, it also shows in which menu the dashboard is used.
Workflow
Integration with Agfa Amfortis
Following Apogee and Asanti, we can now also establish an integration with Agfa's Amfortis.
If a job includes a die-cut, we create a ticket template. If there is no die-cut, we refer to a standard ticket template.
Internet
New Cloud and B2B Web Module Standard
Starting from this version, the new cloud and B2B web modules are included as standard in the compilation.
Web Registration Converted to Sessions
We have now based the registration environments running in a browser on sessions. This means that the license is automatically released after a period of inactivity or improper closure of the license.
This should ensure that people need to press the online button much less frequently.
Display Proofsheet in B2B at Sub-Order Level
A proofsheet is displayed in B2B at the sub-order level. It is saved in the folder structure in a subfolder of the delivered files. The filename consists of the sub-order number, timestamp, and name, in the format subordernr_timestamp_name.pdf.
Automatically Create PDF from Image File
If the setting in Settings/Internet/Web Extension is enabled, MP automatically creates a PDF file from an uploaded BMP, TIFF, PNG, JPG, RAW, or GIF file. Note: this only happens when the file is uploaded via the internet, not when something is manually placed in the order folder.
API
The extra white space that you can calculate in large format, on top of the model format, can now also be shown in the HandleJobDetailInfo call. This allows prepress parties retrieving data from the system via the API to take this into account as well.
REST Searching by UUID for Changes
When there are changes in pricing agreements, we include the UUID in the notification, allowing you to directly query the correct line of the pricing agreement using this UUID.
Important: In the handleArrangements call, it is mandatory to also fill in a level. For this, take the value in sub and subtract 7 from it; this is the value you need to enter in the level field.
REST Notification at Job Level Also at Deeper Levels
The API will now also receive a notification if you change information at deeper levels, such as delivery addresses within a job.
The finishing information in HandleDetailInfo will be expanded with additional details from finishing. Currently, we only have information about large format finishing. It is important to include the type of material for Wire-O binding and the type of laminate for laminating. Note: These are production data and are only available via the endpoint
https://localhost/connector/workflow/handleJobDetailInfo.REST Technical Info in Suborder Details
In the handleSubJobQuotationDetails call, you can now enable the "technical" attribute, which provides the technical information of the order.

This is linked to the JDF or Impose module
MultiFlow
Deduct Reserved Material with MultiFlow
With MultiFlow, it is now possible to deduct reserved material.
