From 1 October 2026, Exact Online will discontinue support for its old XML API. As a result, an update of the Dataline Financial Converter is required to continue using the connection between MultiPress and Exact Online.
The new version of the Financial Converter fully supports the new Exact Online REST API.
The update is required if you use the Dataline Financial Converter to exchange data via the API between MultiPress and Exact Online.
If you manually import files into Exact Online without using an API connection, no action is required.
To ensure that your connection is updated before the old XML API is discontinued, please request the update before 15 September 2026.
Users known to us as using the Exact Online connection will receive an email on Tuesday, 8 September 2026 with more information about this required update and instructions on how to request it.
If you use the Exact Online connection but have not received an email from us on 8 September 2026, please contact us at helpdesk.nl@multipress.support to request the update of your Dataline Financial Converter.
After submitting your request, you will receive a link allowing you to select a suitable date for the update session.
Requests received before 15 September will be scheduled well before 1 October. Requests received after this date will be scheduled according to availability. In that case, we cannot guarantee that the update will be completed before 1 October.
If the update is not completed in time, the connection with Exact Online may no longer work from 1 October until the Financial Converter has been updated.
