  • Reports through the helpdesk: Outside business hours, simply report your question via our digital ticket system.
  • Direct feedback: Our Premium Helpdesk staff provide quick and valuable feedback on your question even outside business hours, without compromising the standards of our SLA response times.

Availability:

  • Business days: 17h00 - 21h00
  • Saturdays: 09h00 - 12h00
  • Bridging days: 09h00 - 17h00
