Upgrades outside office hours

For companies with a production-critical environment that do not want to disrupt their production continuity, Dataline offers the Premium Service where upgrades take place outside office hours or during the weekend. This prevents production downtime and the team always works with the most up-to-date software!

How it works:

Strategic planning: Upgrades are scheduled at least 14 days in advance and carried out remotely by our specialists, with an average duration of 3 to 6 hours.
Business continuity guaranteed: For companies with a critical environment, upgrades take place outside office hours or during the weekend.
No production downtime: Avoid production downtime and always work with the most recent software.
Conditions:

Outside office hours: On weekdays (except Friday) upgrades can start at 7:00 PM at the latest. On Saturdays upgrades start at 09:00 at the earliest.
Maximum two upgrades per year: A maximum of two upgrades per year are provided, always in the presence of the customer's system administrator.
Access Granting: During the upgrade, an internal employee must be available to provide access to the MultiPress server.
