We want to inform you about an important change in our support services. Starting from November 1, 2023, we will no longer be using TeamViewer for remote assistance. Instead, we will be transitioning to a new and improved application called Remote Assist by Zoho to provide you with better and more efficient support.

What is Remote Assist by Zoho?

Remote Assist by Zoho is a powerful application that allows our application support teams to securely connect to your systems to resolve technical issues and provide assistance. This transition enables us to assist you even faster and more effectively while maintaining the highest standards of security and privacy.

What Do You Need to Do?

For customers who previously used TeamViewer to connect with us on their MultiPress server, we recommend getting in touch with us. This will allow us to install the Remote Assist Unattended Access application for you. This ensures that we can provide support quickly and efficiently when needed, without you having to manually establish a connection each time.
